with Rick Scythe and General Diabolical Slaughter, never seen before photos and
new artwork by Juha Vuorma (Skeletal Season artist).

On the original version of the EP "Threshold of the Usurper" after the song
"Threshold of the Usurper" ended, there is a pause and then the demo track "Anno
Satanas" begins. The 2008 re-issue corrects this separates the songs into two
tracks.
